Simplifying your life is what CEL&P wants to do. Therefore we have implemented a system which will allow you to pay your utility bill via your credit card if you so choose.

Here is how it works. You can fill out the return portion of your bill just like you do now, but instead of writing a check, you write the credit card number, the expiration date, and mark the appropriate box as to whether it is Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Finally, all you need to do is place your signature on it. CEL&P will use that information to pay your utility bill. This option gives you the flexibility to pay with a credit card every month or just when you want to.

If you really want to make it easy, just give us a phone call with the information and you won't even have to mail it in. It will be all taken care of.

Using this payment option would give you the power to consolidate more of your monthly bills and make one payment when your credit card bill is due. Don't forget, you'll save on those bank processing fee too.
